Shipping Policy

Order Processing As a small business our intent is to process and ship your order the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier service, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Kid Water Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
